This is a working process, not a quick call.
We map your workflow and tool stack, then turn it into a Blueprint deck: current state, a tool-agnostic future state, a phased roadmap, and an investment range.
We build it iteratively in a live doc, so there are no surprise “reveals” at the end. Along the way we level-set scope and level-of-effort so the final SOW does not create sticker shock.
Expect depth. This takes about 7–10 hours on our side, and we use data to define KPIs and the ROI logic behind the work.
If it’s well-defined, we’ll price it precisely. If it’s not, we’ll propose a phased approach where Phase 1 goes deeper before committing to the full build.
