About Us | Quandary Consulting Group
Quandary solves complex ops problems with low-code and AI. And we do it with a team trained to lead, adapt, and challenge how work gets done.
Quandary: Your Team Built for Change
We help teams move fast by solving messy operational problems with low-code, AI, and people who adapt when plans or platforms shift.
Our Origin Story
Quandary exists because we saw too many teams stuck with surface-level solutions—projects scoped to match a request instead of solving real problems.
We work differently.
Our team moves fast across silos, tools, and teams, building what actually works in the real world.
Low code gives us speed. AI expands the frontier.
But tech is just a piece of the puzzle. At the core, we help teams evolve.
Even when the plan falls apart.
In the process, we give teams back time to focus on what actually matters: strategic work, time with family, and evenings spent anywhere but inside a spreadsheet.

What It's Like to Work With Us
What It’s Like to Work With Us
We dont arrive with scripts or prepackaged solutions.
We show up ready to lead, asking sharper questions, identifying what will truly work, and guiding your team toward meaningful progress. That process often involves pressure, course corrections, and occasionally learning through iteration. We embrace that reality because it’s how sustainable, high-impact solutions are built.
We don’t default to the status quo. We respectfully challenge existing assumptions, rethink established processes, and work collaboratively to build better, more effective ways of operating.
Where Ambition Becomes Ability
Great client outcomes are not powered by polished résumés, they’re driven by people with curiosity, grit, and the courage to lead.
We take individuals with zero tech background and, in a matter of weeks, transform them into confident, client-facing consultants.
They learn to:
Break down complex problems
Build smart, adaptable solutions
Deliver under pressure
Lead clients with clarity and confidence
Not someday. Not after years of theory. From day one.
Our Communities
We don’t do community work for PR. We do it because these causes matter to our team.
From MS Society to Puppy Rescues to JB Box, we show up and bring others with us.
At QCG, our work is grounded in our values and accelerated by AI—helping organizations create meaningful impact for their customers, employees, and stakeholders.
That same mindset carries into how we show up beyond the work. Through our partnerships with our people, clients, and nonprofit organizations, we invest in the communities around us—fueling economic growth, expanding opportunity, and creating impact that extends well beyond the bottom line.
From supporting the MS Society to helping puppy rescues and partnering with JB Box, we show up with purpose—and we bring others along with us.

Brian serves as President and Chief Growth & Revenue Officer at Quandary Consulting Group, where he leads our firm’s growth strategy, partnerships, and commercial execution. With more than 20 years of experience building and scaling high-performance technology practices, Brian specializes in helping organizations turn complex systems into measurable business outcomes through modernization, automation, AI enablement, and disciplined execution.
Brian’s approach was shaped by years on the customer side of the table, where he experienced firsthand the challenges of navigating fragmented solutions, over-engineered architectures, and partners that often prioritized platforms over outcomes. That experience fueled his mission to build the kind of technology practices he always wished existed — pragmatic, accountable, and relentlessly focused on delivering real business value.
Brian has been widely recognized for building and scaling practices from the ground up to $100M+ in annual revenue while maintaining strong margins and delivery excellence. Brian has full P&L leadership experience and has assembled and led elite teams across sales, architecture, engineering, and operations to deliver enterprise-grade solutions at scale.
Prior to joining Quandary, Brian led the rapid expansion of Trace3’s Contact Center & Collaboration business, growing it from inception to more than $100M in annual revenue in under three years and achieving triple-digit year-over-year growth. Throughout his career, he has partnered with Fortune 100 and large enterprise organizations to modernize legacy environments, consolidate fragmented platforms, and implement practical AI and automation strategies that reduce complexity while accelerating performance.
Brian’s leadership philosophy is grounded in a simple principle: do the right thing. He combines that mindset with operational discipline, direct communication, and an unwavering focus on outcomes that matter to both business and technology leaders.
When he’s not building businesses, Brian enjoys high-performance driving at the race track, time on the lake, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with his children and pets.
